Aayodhiinta inta badan waxaa laga helaa cunnooyinka aan cunno caadi ahaan, gaar ahaan cunnooyinka cusbada leh, qudaarta iyo cunnooyinka laga helo badda. Waxaa jiro xilliyo uu jirkeenu ubbaahanyahay aayodhiin, waana marka ey jirkeena kuyaraato aayodhiinta, waxaana yareeyo cudurro laxiriiro qanjirka soo saaro aayodhiinta ee looyaqaan (thyroid gland).

2. Malaayga nuucyadiisa kala duwan (Cod,Tuna IWM): malaayga intiisabadan waa hilib jilicsan oo aan kubadnayn baruurta, 60% ayaa Malaayga laga helaa macdanta aayodhiinta.

3. Cusbada aayodhayska ah: waa nooc cusbo ah oo shiidan lagana sameeyay aayodhiinta.
